The "Taste of Nobu" Weekend Brunch concept has been designed to provide diners with a host of Nobu staples and an exquisite Japanese-Peruvian dining experience right in the heart of the city.
A semi-buffet brunch concept, catch Nobu chefs live in action preparing a counter selection of Nobu sushi rolls, sashimi, cold dishes and salads. Highlights include favourites such as the Yellowtail Jalapeño, Umami Chicken Wing, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, and Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing.
In addition, diners can enjoy a menu of à la minute signature hot dishes such as the Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura and F1 Japanese Beef Toban-Yaki, just to name a few.
